5 week beginners course will start on Weds 13th May at 5.15pm. Contact us to arrange your individual introductory session and reserve your space.

Progressor classes - Thursday 5.45pm
Fitness classes - Monday 5.15-6.15pm
Circuits - Monday 6.30-7.30pm

No fitness classes or hydrotherapy run on Bank Holiday Mondays.

NEW - Postnatal pilates class starting at Westbury Baptist Church, Reedley Rd, Westbury-on-Trym. Wednesday afternoons. Contact us for more information. Cost £42 for 6 weeks. Babies welcome!!

Aqua natal classes on Thursday evenings starting in March 09, in the hydrotherapy pool. 4 week sessions cost only £40
